I hope you are healthy and well. Due to the nature of massage therapy there is still a risk of contracting COVID-19 despite our best efforts at screening and hygiene. Cancellation fees will be waived if you learn that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 within our usual cancellation policy timelines. We do not want risk of financial hardship to be a barrier to community health. Please help us by complying with the following plan to minimize risk of virus transmission.

Please use the BC self-assessment tool at https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en prior to your appointment.
Please enter the clinic no more than 2 minutes before your appointment time.
Bring only essentials into your appointment (no jewelry, overcoats, handbags, etc.).
Wash/sanitize hands immediately upon entry to the clinic.
If you have a mask, please wear it for you arrival. Masks are mandatory while inside the clinic and for the duration of your treatment. The masks must cover both you nose and mouth.
A sanitized bin will be provided for your wardrobe during treatment.
Payment & receipts will be processed electronically.
Wash/sanitize hands immediately upon departure.

Our facility is sanitized periodically throughout the day. Our staff are being diligent to disinfect equipment and frequently touched surfaces after each client. We are using soap and hot water to launder all soiled items after a single use. We have added numerous waste bins, tissue boxes and sanitizing stations to help you protect yourself, and the other members of our community.
